Assessment
On admission to Montrose Place, all clients will undergo a thorough evaluation encompassing all aspects of their life (including their medical, psychological, social and personal history) and a focused clinical assessment of the presenting problem.
At Montrose Place, we are willing to challenge our assumptions regarding both diagnosis and treatment and make every effort to adapt our treatment philosophy and programme in accordance with the emerging and evolving needs of our clientele.
At Montrose Place, our clients are regularly, and thoroughly, monitored and re-evaluated by our multi-disciplinary clinical team. A clearly defined, personalised, treatment plan is created, which is continually refined throughout the treatment process.
The Montrose Place extended care model allows enough time for our therapeutic team to thoroughly gather information from our clients, their loved ones, former clinicians and from our own observations in order to formulate and adapt programmes so that they remain relevant to treatment in the present moment.
